FUN FACTS:
Obsidian comes from volcanoes, and is actually a glass! It cleaves SO sharply that it has been used as weaponry for a LONG time.
Sometimes, obsidian cools so rapidly that the volcanic gasses don't have time to escape, getting trapped as tiny bubbles.
When this happens, they appear as a metallic sheen. This sheen works like any stone flash; the light has to pass through the bubbles at just the right angle for the effect to work.
